Is a prominent radiologist working in Ahmednagar since the past 20 years. Having completed her MBBS degree from BJ medical college Pune,she went on to do her post graduation in Radiology from Sassoon General Hospital.As lecturer at the Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore she secured her DNB accreditation and also additional experience in cross sectional imaging.
Presented papers on CT in craniocerebral trauma at the National conference held in Bangalore.Also at the same event she presented Abdominal CT – A Pandora’s Box.
Also undergone extensive training in mammography at Thane scan centre, Thane
Proficient in Ultrasound as well as cross sectional imaging,she is especially interested in Obstetric sonography and mammography.
An articulate person,she has given talks and participated in interactive sessions with patients on radio on mammography and ultrasonography.
She has also published articles on mammography in leading newspapers and magazines of Ahmednagar and is a frequently invited panelist for programmes creating awareness for Breast Cancer.
